Hey! My name is Tamara Denise, I am a mother to 9 beautiful children, a wife, a Registered Nurse and a Spiritual Life Coach. But most importantly I am a
Child of God.
I spent majority of my life being angry about the hand that life dealt me. I always felt like I was created to endure, suffer, and lack. I spent so many days crying due to hurt, pain, and uncertainty.
It wasn’t until I went through a separation with my current husband that God showed me my purpose. He showed me that everything that happened in my life both good and bad was all a part of his original plan.
I navigated that painful season with GOD and God alone. Although I was angry and confused, God allowed me to endure the pain and emotional struggle in that season to help others like you, overcome with grace.
I was the one who would put everyone and their needs before my own. I was the one who sat in unhealthy relationships because I feared being alone. I was one who was always humiliated in front of my children by the men I chose to love. From childhood trauma, relationship trauma, and religious trauma I have experienced a lot of LIFE.
Though I do not have this thing called life figured out, God has positioned me to allow my experiences and my pain to minister to you in a way that shifts you into the greater being that he created you to be.

Cancelation Policy
You have 10 minutes to log into any session booked. If in person a 15 minute grace period will be granted.
All payments are taken via website. Refunds will ONLY be granted for services not delivered or unavailable products.
Any canceled appointment will not be refunded. You can reschedule one time via email one week prior to session.
